Dollars for Sense - CSI Los Angeles
Phase one of our campaign involves involves fans printing off flyers and sending the flyer and a dollar bill (or your equivalent local currency) to the producers and writers of CSI to show them how much Jorja Fox, and the character she portrays, Sara Sidle, are loved.
What To Do
- Download and print a flyer. The flyers can be downloaded in PDF or JPG form.
- Add the dollar bill - or whatever your country's equivalent of a dollar is (British pound, Australian Dollar etc.). Secure the money to the flyer with a paper clip or piece of tape. For those countries who use coins instead of paper bills, the British pound is an example of this, tape the coin to the flyer or a separate piece of paper or card to stop it moving around in the envelope. Then make sure to fold the flyer around the money so it cannot be seen through the envelope.
- Mail your envelopes to this address:
Carol Mendelsohn/Dustin Lee Abraham/Sarah Goldfinger/David Rambo/Naren Shankar/Doug Petrie/Allen MacDonald/Jorja Fox, etc.

If you can't afford to send money, or if you simply want to voice your unhappiness about Jorja Fox's possible exit from CSI, you can still help by writing letters to the writers, producers, and CSI showrunners Carol Mendelsohn and Naren Shankar. Print off a flyer, and write your note on the back of it. Tell the producers and writers how much you enjoy Jorja Fox's portrayal of Sara Sidle, and how dismayed you are at hearing that she may be leaving the show. Don't worry if you are not in the US, the interview appeared on the TV Guide website so it is available globally. Sample letters are available, and many involved in the campaign at www.yourtaxdollarsatwork.org are willing to proofread letters for fans whose native language is not English.
The most important thing is to send as many flyers and dollar bills as possible as soon as possible.
